Christine advises major international companies, private equity funds and family offices on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, private equity, intellectual property rights, project financing, securitizations, fund restructuring and joint ventures. She also advises clients on tax issues related to Brexit.
Tax compliance, tax audit, tax due diligence.

Christine also has a wealth of experience with the preparation (or review) of tax calculations, corporate tax returns, VAT returns, country by country reporting, Fatca and CRS analysis, review of transfer pricing position amoung others. She looks beyond the figures and uses her knowledge of the increasingly complicated tax laws to identify potential tax issues which could be overlooked by an untrained eye, also assisting clients throughout tax procedures and tax audits.

She is one of the few lawyers in Luxembourg equipped to offer complex tax advice and to translate such advice into tangible figures through tax compliance.

Christine has been admitted to the Brussels Bar. She graduated from the University of Kinshasa (Master in Law) and from Université Libre de Bruxelles (DES in Tax Law). Her previous experience includes serving for over 18 years in the tax department of a Big Four and of two well-known Law firms in Luxembourg.
